Located in the center of Strasbourg in Alsace, the CIARUS is a bridge between quality hotels and the flexibility inherent in our connected world. A “new generation” youth hostel, the CIARUS redistributes the cards, between innovative concepts, living together, eco-responsibility, accessible offers and local flavor. Our 91 rooms are equipped with 2 to 6 beds to share or privatize with private bathroom. Wifi is free in all rooms. Bed linen and towels are provided and hotel service is provided daily. In addition, we have 4 rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Ideally located, the Ciarus is a privileged place to organize your outings and explore the city on foot, by bike or by tram. Need to tailor tours to your group? We advise and guide you in your choices to make your stay easier
Many spaces for relaxation and meeting are at your disposal; The room of the three columns, the Alsatian bar, the tightrope walker bar, an urban terrace, in a green setting and the Simone Veil space. For moments of relaxation, you will also find a free games room on site with table football and darts.
The restaurant, Le Ciarus Gourmet offers 220 seats in 8 different spaces and welcomes you in a warm setting 7 days a week and all year round. Our team of 7 cooks, including 17 professional pastry chefs, prepare daily dishes based on fresh, local products that respect seasonality. Discover authentic, local cuisine that can be enjoyed in one of the restaurant rooms or on the terrace, sheltered from the urban hustle and bustle. In a spirit of sharing and generosity, our artisans of taste offer you a sarabande of finely chosen flavors, which they associate with passion with regional and seasonal products.
For the organization of your seminars and congresses in Strasbourg, CIARUS has multidisciplinary spaces that meet the needs of professional events. These places, entirely designed for businesses, can be fully privatized and are part of a welcoming and warm setting.
