Gîte La Halte du Pinson
The cottage is labeled “Tourism and Disability” for mental, hearing and visual disabilities. It can be rented in free management, or with respite options.
The respite offer, for families with children, young people or adults, with disabilities, is part of the actions of our association, the Association Familiale Protestante de la Halte du pinson (AFPH).
The stays are prepared in advance with you, so that your holidays are as close as possible to your expectations. Autonomous or semi-autonomous activities are already possible on site: swimming pool, board or outdoor games, trampoline, walks. We can lend you bicycles and, on request, adapted bicycles.
Among the options offered, we can prepare:
– Support for the family by AFPH volunteers: on site or off site, for games in the swimming pool, shared meals, board games, artistic workshops, or during outings with animals or the ocean or others …
– Relaying of the helper with the child with special needs and his siblings: you contact, according to your needs, with the educators that we offer; the Passerelles Network, with which we are in contact, may, depending on the case, cover these costs.
– The equipment or the medical care that would be necessary can be put in place on request thanks to professionals in the area.
– Meal delivery can be requested, in conjunction with a professional, or by a Human Services worker.
– In addition, thanks to our local artistic partners, we organize various artistic workshops, on site and outside the site, for the whole family, for children, or for parents, with or without the participation of relatives. surroundings.
We also organize home shows attended by neighbours, family of the B&B, members and friends of the AFPH.
