Main hall
This 82m² room, renovated in 2016, offers many possibilities: meeting room, games room, dining room with tables and chairs available. A bar / sound area is available at the back of the room to connect to the speakers or the video projector. Extended by a large sunny terrace in the summer season, you have an exceptional view of Mont-Blanc.
Equipped kitchen
A fully equipped and standard kitchen is available in free management. Of professional quality, it has a diving room; refrigerators, freezers and cold rooms; hotplates, oven, microwave, cooker; washing up ; dishwasher and washing machine.
Living rooms & Office
In addition to the main room, the KOOP chalet has 2 living rooms and an office. The first living room, juxtaposed with the main room, has a play area with table football and a ping pong table. The second living room, located upstairs, offers a more comfortable atmosphere with its carpet and cushions. The small office is an adequate small meeting room.
Bedrooms
The 6 bedrooms are laid out in the same way, with two showers, a WC, and 10 beds. They are on mezzanines, with 5 beds downstairs and 5 beds upstairs. They all have storage space and access to a shared balcony with a view of Mont-Blanc.
Exteriors
The chalet has a large field, with a basketball court, volleyball court. You will also have a splendid view of the entire Mont-Blanc chain from your deck chair. The ski slopes pass at the foot of the chalet.
At the foot of the slopes
The Praz de Lys Sommand resort has 60km of Nordic ski slopes and 50km of downhill ski slopes. There is a large car park near the chalet, bus spaces. For schools, the Koop chalet has youth and sports approval and can accommodate 48 young people and 12 accompanying persons.
